This is the only address we use. We will not contact you first from any other address, and we do not run "support" accounts in group chats — see the note further down.
What we want to hear about
- Errors. A fact that is wrong, a figure that has gone stale, a process a platform has changed. If you can include what you actually saw — a screenshot, a link to the official page — we will verify, fix it, and record it in corrections.
- Topic suggestions. Wherever you got stuck in practice is probably where others are stuck too. Tell us what you wanted to read.
- Language and wording. This site is expanding into further languages. If something reads awkwardly or could be misunderstood, say so.
What we do not take
Stated plainly so you do not waste your time:
- Paid placement, sponsored articles, link exchanges. No, at any price. This is the basis of whatever credibility the content has.
- Trading on your behalf, holding funds, changing money for you. We do not touch anyone's money, at all.
- Unfreezing, recovery or dispute services. We cannot do this and we do not know anyone who can. For that kind of problem you need a qualified lawyer; the approach is in card frozen: the first 72 hours.
- Investment advice. We do not give any, and we will not tell you what to buy.
A note on impersonation: we never contact you first, never ask for your password, verification codes, seed phrase or private key, and never ask you to transfer funds anywhere. Anyone claiming to be from this site and asking for those is impersonating us.
How quickly we reply
We are a small team, not a support desk. Messages pointing out errors are handled first; topic suggestions are read but not always answered individually. Please do not resend because you have not had a reply — the messages are seen.
