Short version: this is a set of static pages. There are no accounts, no analytics, no cookies and no profiling. Anything you type into the tool pages is processed in your own browser and never reaches us — because there is no server-side program here that could receive it.
What we do not do
- No Google Analytics or any equivalent. No tracking tags, no pixels, no event collection.
- No cookies. This site sets none, and does not use local storage to keep anything about you.
- No registration, login or comments. We do not collect addresses through a registration form. If you email us, the owner receives your email address and message; do not send identity documents or account secrets.
- No ad network. No advertising scripts load, so there is no cross-site tracking either.
The only two third parties this site contacts
Listed honestly, because "no third parties" would not be accurate:

Apart from those two, this site makes no third-party requests. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the network panel and reload — you can count them yourself.
How the tool pages handle what you type
Every tool here — the self-assessment, the risk check, the checklist generator, the glossary and the rate tool — runs locally in your browser.
The options you select, the platform names you type and the amounts you enter never leave your device and are not stored. Refreshing clears everything.
That matters most for the compliance self-assessment, which asks sensitive questions. The design is to make the data never reach us rather than to promise we will not look at it. Those are very different guarantees.
Server logs
When the site is hosted, the provider may process IP addresses, access times, requested pages and browser information. This local draft does not establish the production logging settings, retention periods or providers; these must be checked before publication. The source contains no analytics or profiling scripts.
If a content delivery or other hosting service is used at publication, this notice needs to identify the relevant provider and technical processing. This draft does not claim such a service is already active.
Your rights
Technical data such as an IP address may be personal data, and an email you choose to send provides its contents to the site owner. Having no account system does not mean data requests are impossible. Use the contact page for questions; the owner must respond based on the actual processing.
External links
This site links to exchanges, regulators and other outside websites. Once you leave, that site's privacy policy governs and we have no control over it. Links with a promotional character are described on the disclosure page.
Changes
If the technical implementation changes — for instance if a new third-party service is added — we will update this page and note it in corrections.
